Application Deadline April 5 , 2020. The Clay County Cattlemen's Association Beef Ambassador Program is available to high school juniors. Eligible students must be seniors during the 2020-2021 school year, reside in Clay County, and have at least one parent be a current member of the Clay County Cattlemen's Association.
