Buena Vista County Public Health will be at Sioux Central Thursday Oct. 8 2020 to give students flu vaccines. If you would like your child to receive a flu shot please review the attached information, fill out the forms, and send a copy of the forms and a copy of their Medicaid card, if applicable, to Sioux Central by Oct. 6th.
