With the recent announcement by the governor we are planning on high school baseball/softball practices starting on June 1st, and games on June 15th. After much discussion from local and state leaders, we have decided to not hold Sioux Central's Prom for this year. We know it is unfortunate for all our juniors and seniors, so the "After Prom" committee is still looking on how they can pull a little something off in July.

Due to recommendations by health department, Sioux Central will now have a "Ceremonial Presentation of Diplomas" for graduation on May 17th, and will hold a full ceremony if restrictions are lifted on June 21st. More details for seniors and parents will be out tomorrow!

April ACT rescheduled - The safety of students and test center staff is ACT’s top priority. ACT has rescheduled its April 4 national test date to June 13 across the U.S. in response to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). All students registered for the April 4 test date will receive an email from ACT in the next few days informing them of the postponement and instructions for free rescheduling to June 13 or a future national test date.

The Sioux Central Athletic department will be hosting its winter banquet on Monday, March 9th. The banquet will be held in the commons and begin with the meal at 6:30 p.m. and conclude with presentations beginning around 7:00 p.m. Freshmen are asked to provide a dessert for everyone, all other things are provided by the booster club. Go Rebels!
