Summer Weight Training

Summer Weight Training: The athletic department at Sioux Central believes in a team philosophy to our summer weight training programs for our high school athletes. Because of this we have set aside the following times for our high school athletes to come in and train this summer. If you have a high school athlete that would like to be involved in weight training this summer for athletics next year, please have them come to the weight room at the times listed below and a coach will be happy to get them started on a program that fits their needs. HS Boys Athletes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 6:30 a.m.
HS Girls Athletes: Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 6:45 a.m.
