Application Deadline April 1, 2020. The Northwest Iowa League of Cities Scholarship is available to high school seniors who reside in a community that is a member of the Northwest Iowa League of Cities. Students must enroll in a post-secondary program that may result in employment by city government (examples: public administration, water/wastewater, law enforcement, code enforcement, public engineer, city attorney, etc.).
