The Junior Class will be selling Carnation Valentine's for $5.00 per carnation as a Prom Fundraiser. All flowers will include your choice of Valentine card and will be delivered 8th hour on Valentine's Day. As a relatively new resident to Sioux Rapids, I want to express my deepest appreciation to the Building Trades guys and their Shop teacher for shoveling the snow from my driveway a few minutes ago! As a 60+ woman, I ran out of steam 1/2 way through tackling the job myself. This group of guys deserve a HUGE "Well Done!" for their willing generosity of time. There's a proverb that says "The beauty of young men is their power." They made quick work out of a job that would have taken me the rest of the weekend to finish. Again, Well Done and Thank You!
