Fifteen Sioux Central students traveled to Iowa Central for the Twin Lakes Conference Art Show on Tuesday, March 25th. Each student got to attend two different art workshops put together by the TLC art teachers and ICC. Jazzmin received 3rd place for her non-acrylic painting and Nataley received an honorable mention! Congratulations to all SC students that got to show off their art at the show! As the juror mentioned, you were all selected to go for a reason.

Sioux Central Anatomy & Physiology students had the opportunity to visit Briar Cliff University in Sioux City on March 27th. Students had the opportunity to tour their cadaver donor lab. Students were able to see the actual human tissues they had been studying. Additionally, students toured the campus and heard from different programs including nursing and education. They were also able to hear from the strength and conditioning coaches and men's and women's basketball and volleyball coaches. They learned what it would be like to be a college athlete. Briar Cliff provided an awesome and memorable experience for the students.
